The Health Council works collaboratively with program partners to design evaluation frameworks for existing and/or proposed programs, including the development of data collection plans and tools.
Health Council staff have developed and implemented complex evaluation and research projects involving multiple agencies and including federally funded initiatives. Examples include:

Using quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research, the Health Council conducts third-party evaluations to determine if programs are meeting specified goals and objectives, while identifying areas for continuous quality improvement and improved outcomes.
